Service Description

Build your own Nature's First Aid supply with focus on supporting digestion and lymphatic flow In this hands-on and practical session we will start building your own backyard apothecary. Each session we will harvest and prepare different herbs in specific ways, utilizing leaves, seeds, roots or bark. You will learn to make your own herbal infusions, decoctions, syrups, tinctures and more. Our day together will end with a mini tea workshop and herbal tea tasting. You will leave with recipes, products, and confidence! Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your connection with plants, this class offers a welcoming space to cultivate your herbal wisdom. We end our day with a tasting of wild herbal infusions! Herbal Apothecary Classes 4/29 Intro to Herbal Apothecary 5/18 Supporting Digestion and Lymph Flow.
