A series of sourdough skills classes at D.I.G. Farm
Service Description
SCHEDULE: Saturday, June 7, 4:30 PM: Sourdough Skills Class-Pretzels Saturday, July 12, 4:30 PM: Sourdough Skills Class-Bagels Saturday, August 2, 4:30 PM: Sourdough Skills Class-Pop Tarts/Handpies Saturday, September 13, 4:30 PM: Sourdough Skills Class-Focaccia Bread/Pizza Dough How to make the dough, the cooking process, how to shape a traditional pretzels, bagels, handpies and other creative shaping. Bring questions and brainstorm with other sourdough enthusiasts. Class will be outdoors. The class is expected to run between 30 minutes to 1 hour. If you have any questions if this class is right for you email probrothersfarm@gmail.com. Additional starter, baked goods and materials will be available for purchase at the end of class.
